Or, maybe you have returned to work and your previous sleep arrangement is no longer working.

Individual sleep consultation $125

Our regular individual support consists of an initial meeting lasting approximately 90 minutes, this can either be at your home or via videocall/telephone, and then weekly follow up telephone or email support depending on the situation and preference for at least four weeks. Within 24 hours of your initial meeting you’ll be sent a detailed sleep plan for you and your family. If you would like additional home visits or further support this can be arranged after the initial meeting at a pre-arranged additional cost. We can also offer customized packages of support on request.

Lactation Services

Breastfeeding can sometimes go well, but it can sometime seem very far from what you expected or hoped.

This can leave you feeling frustrated and searching for answers.

We are here to help you achieve success with your breastfeeding, whatever that looks like for you.
